General terms
These terms govern the Customer’s purchase and use of goods and services from Super Labels, hereafter referred to as the Supplier. They apply to all sales unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

1. Product Features
Product details are available on the Supplier’s website, including information about the properties of all Name Labels, MY ID, and Wall Sticker products.

2. Prices and delivery
Prices for goods and services are displayed on the Supplier’s website, inclusive of VAT and shipping. The total price will be shown before the Customer confirms the order. 

An order confirmation is automatically sent via email when the order is received. Customers should verify the details, including product type, content, quantity, and price. Orders become binding once registered on the Supplier’s server.

Orders placed outside of business hours or on weekends will be processed by the next business day. The Supplier reserves the right to adjust delivery times without notice. Price changes after the order date, unless due to errors, will not be applied retroactively. If there are significant typographical or printing errors exceeding 15% of the normal price, the Supplier may amend or cancel the order, even if an order confirmation has been sent. Corrections will be made within a reasonable timeframe after the error is identified.

3. Customer’s Responsibilities
The registered customer is responsible for payment for services provided by the Supplier, including usage by others through the Customer’s account unless unauthorized use is proven not to be due to the Customer’s negligence.

4. Complaints
Before reporting an error, the Customer should check if it is due to their own circumstances. If the product does not perform as described, the Customer must report the issue within a reasonable time.

5. Remedies
The Supplier will address product defects as soon as possible. If the Customer takes independent measures to fix a defect without prior agreement, they will bear the cost.

6. Returns
If you are not satisfied, return the product within 14 days for a full refund. Return postage costs are generally non-refundable. Return items to:

7. Extraordinary Circumstances
The Supplier is liable for defects unless they result from circumstances beyond their control that could not have been reasonably avoided.

8. Change in terms
The Supplier reserves the right to amend these terms due to legislative changes or other reasons.

9. Disclaimer
The Supplier is not responsible for typographical errors or price changes. Images on the website are for illustration purposes and may differ from the actual product.

10. Privacy
We collect your name, address, and email for transaction purposes, including tax, communication, and complaint handling. Payment information is stored only as needed to resolve transaction issues.

11. Copyright
All content on the Supplier’s website is protected by copyright, trademark, and marketing laws. No content, including images, text, trademarks, or designs, may be used without written permission from the Supplier.
